This property should not be in Marriotts portfolio. It looks like old apartments that were converted into a hotel. The studio with pullout couch is a joke. The way it’s set up doesn’t allow for the couch to come out fully. We had to turn the couch around to open it up. The bathroom was old, the tub had years of caulk around it and the sink was cracked. And to top it off maintenance just came in the room unannounced he looked as shocked as we were! I will not stay here again!
Although my accommodations were adequate the Residence Inn Brand is old. Even with the renovations to the property certain details such as the bathroom are what I call "shabby." This property was OK, but not what it should be for the price. Visible trash cans in the walk ways, entry doors beat up. and most of the woodworking on the property is in disrepair.
Very nice stay, nice, clean and spacious room. The perfect place to stay when visiting Connecticut.
