My wife and I arrived at about 11:00 a.m. from Northeast Tacoma Washington. The hotel was nicely laid out and right next to the convention center where are tops convention was scheduled to play out over a two day period.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The gardens were beautifully maintained, my room was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Check out was a breeze. Thank you!
The banquet crew was outstanding as well as the food.
The staff were awesome. The pool was awesome.

My stay was great.
Room was clean and coffee was typical so so. But upon checking in, was told I needed to pay a $20 fee for room incidentals. The hotel offered a decent breakfast, but it was an additional $10. The hotel bar had a "bartender" with no training in the field. Plesant man but probably could not have put together anything more than a well drink. Felt like I'd been ripped off compared with other hotels where all charges are built into the price of the room. Would not recommend this place.
Hotel is very quiet and great location. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Room was noisy at night and toilet flushed terribly. I understand all prices are up but we didn't feel the price we paid was worth the quality of our stay.
