We arrived around 1:30am on a Friday (4/25) morning. After calling to reserve a room to make sure we had a room not 30 minutes before. When we arrived we were told our reservation was for that night; and the room we had reserved wasn’t even available. We asked if they had any rooms available and this gentleman was able to get us in; however he acted as if we were bothering him and was taking up his time. No other individuals in the lobby. We never have stayed at this chain before and due to his attitude we will not be back.
