The bed was horrible. I called the next morning and told them. They said they’d move me but it’d be later before they’d have a room available. After several hours, they moved me and the bed was the same. The top and bottom of the bed was higher than the middle. Miserable. TV didn’t work. Because I did a non refundable, they wouldn’t refund even though it was their fault and not mine. I travel here a lot but will never use Choice again.
