This was our first stay at a Sleep Inn and Suite Hotel. The hotel was a spotless, clean, modern hotel. The location was close to 64 East at Cross Lanes South Charleston WV. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, I would recommend this hotel. It was a very reasonable price. Thank you.
The people above us were up all night and it sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and then jumping off the beds onto the floor.
Bathroom was too small.
We have all LED or florescent bulbs throughout the property - inside and out. We use the "conserve water" program by giving our guests the option of re-using towels and not having sheets changed daily. We have paper recycling bins available.

Other than being a busy place it was a good hotel.
I just had knee surgery and Mike moved me to a closer room after he saw how much trouble I was having walking. At breakfast Art helped me get up from the table and helped me on my way! Great staff! Nice accommodations.
