The people in the office were extremely helpful when I left behind a precious item. The manager plans to send it to me! I highly recommend the Ami Japanese restaurant just across the bridge in town. Again, thank you to the manager, Amanda, for her thoughtfulness and kindness.
We have stayed there twice. Both times, very clean, friendly staff. We would highly suggest staying there.
Nice enough place, though felt a little blah. Can't complain though.
Did not know they would come in and touch up things. Was uncomfortable with that. I know you can problems with people of sorts. But I think you should let your customer know this. We've had other places that did not do that unless we asked. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice view of the river!
Our reservation was for a river view room with a balcony. We were given a room with no balcony and a view of the parking lot. The heat lamp in the bathroom was black and burned out. The heater made noise every time it came on all night long. Had to call and complain about noise after 9pm in regards to room above, told desk clerk they were dragging metal chair across room, her response was that she didn’t think that is what was happening but that was exactly what we were hearing and the chair in the room was metal. This was not a pleasant experience.

Great location and nice surroundings. Beds were great.
When driving Vancouver bc to SF, Roseburg is the halfway point and there’s no better place, especially with my dog, than riverfront. Highly recommended for so many reasons.
