This property is beautiful and quiet, tucked into a gorgeous setting of The Woodlands. Comfortable and clean rooms. The most outstanding quality to me were the employees. I don't believe I have ever stayed anywhere that the employees were so kind and seemed truly happy to be there! We did not connect with a single employee who was not comfortable to be there and truly enjoyed their work. All had the right answers and did not hand us off to another It was a great relaxing weekend and the water park and pools were amazing!
Beautiful setting/grounds. Fun pool area especially the lazy river for the kids.
FACILITIES are excellent.
Rooms okay but need a microwave, coffee maker is not hot enough!
