Congress Hall in Cape May was the epitome of under stated elegance and class. It is a beautifully appointed hotel with a rich history and a top notch staff. The location is also perfect with all the wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is directly across the street.
Excellent Historic hotel.
Brief two day visit to a beautifully decorated hotel. Staff were wonderful, bed was fabulous. Can't wait til next Christmas 🎄❤️.
Congress Hall is amazing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. We used the spa which was excellent too!
Breakfast is not included in room rate. Guests may dine at their leisure in the Blue Pig Tavern or Tommy's Folly Coffee Shop.

My husband and I were there for angelversary of our son's death one year ago. Your hotel was his favorite. We felt so close to him. Your staff are wonderful, made everyone feel special. Looking out our window onto the lawn with the ocean view, it was like beautiful painting.

Love staying here but more attention needed to insure room is made up at convenient time each day. Room could use brochures to familiarize guest about restaurants and conveniences and sites. On our last night there was a fire alarm which we did not hear or learn about until the next morning. No follow up to insure that everyone had vacated the property.

Beautiful old world sanctuary! The hotel is gorgeous in a way modern hotels can not compete with. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel IS a destination, not just a place to sleep between places to visit, though it is right next to the beach and shopping and many restaurants. Loved it and will return.

Thanks to Congress Hall for top notch service. The service was great, room was wonderful. We had an issue with air and maintenance came and helped. Loved the Easter basket. Enjoyed the tour with Anne! Will be back when we can.
I liked the Pig Tavern, the Brown Room and the Boiler Room, all under one roof!
