North Conway Grand Hotel was a good choice for our family because of the double queen bed/ pull out couch option we chose. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool areas were in good shape and staff was attentive throughout the facility for the most part. A couple of areas that need improvement: the restaurant. Food was terrible. My wife and I ordered fish after being told it was fresh…… needless to say, it wasn’t. You would have thought the waitress would have asked us if something was wrong when she retrieved the plates and they were still 75% full. She never visited us during the meal either. Laundry machines we used a dryer that marked up our cloths….. it was filthy inside the drum. Overall, location is great, however I doubt I will book again.
