Great hotel — the moment we arrived the valet, Phil introduced himself and assisted with our bags and parking our car. Amazingly he greeted me everyday by name for the length of our stay. We spent several afternoons/evenings in the bar where Tyler served our growing party of four (to twenty) with a smile and efficiency and no request was ever denied! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The brunch/breakfast buffet was delicious and Heidi our server was pleasant and kept our coffee cups filled! Would highly recommend this hotel.
My friend had a medical emergency in her hotel room and Patrick, the GM went above and beyond to help us. All of the staff were amazing! Love them!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Gorgeous lobby and bar, fabulous rooms (clean and nicely laid out) and perfect location. It will be my hotel of choice when visiting Philadelphia. The front desk person, Chris, was great and made us feel so welcome!
The Sofitel in Philadelphia is just off Rittenhouse Square and near many good restaurants. It is a safe and easy 6 block walk to the Kimmel Center, where I went this visit to hear the Philadelphia Orchestra perform. I find the bed is always super comfortable. The parking and concierge and front desk staff have always been very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing hotel with professional and helpful staff. Needed a quick hotel room and chose Sofitel Rittenhouse Square in Philly. Amazing hotel the rooms were very spacious and clean and the bathroom was perfect. I did not take advantage of the lounge area on the lobby floor but was very impressed with the hotel overall. Would definitely recommend the Sofitel and will consider for my next visit to Philly.
