After our wedding we were greeted with an amazing team of people who made our stay outstanding. Don and Jay were amazing in helping us to our room and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you guys for an unforgettable night!

We had a wonderful stay and look forward to more in the future. All of the other hotels have a lot to live up to as the Westin located in Bridge Street shopping area, in Madison AL set the bar high for us.

I love this hotel this is my second stay here. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.location is excellent for dining, shopping or even the movies. Everything is walkable.

We arrived a little early, but the room was ready. We had a friendly visit with the staff. The room was clean and we were surprised later with some goodies in our room. Wonderful experience!

I hit the booking on Westin website it sent me to someone that said they didn’t have rooms for the weekend I wanted they said call the front desk direct. I called 9 times and no one answered. My wife hit the booking button and was told they didn’t have rooms and we wanted two beds because grand kids was with us. They said they had king with sofa bed. When we arrived they told us no sofa beds since they remodeled they gave us an access room which we was not pleased with but had to take it. Love the hotel except for its booking problems.
I will never stay in a Westin ever again. Nor will I ever recommend a Westin to anyone. Robert Pitman COL USA Retired.
