My family and I stayed in the pet friendly room and my first impression entering the room it was clean, huge, flooring and did not smell of any previous pets odors. I especially love that our room was an exterior room. This hotel is cat friendly. The morning breakfast and Manager’s reception in the evening were an added plus.
Very comfortable and shown to be adaptive.
Everything was satisfactory.

We have been in the area fairly regularly recently and love the Ayres Redlands. The staff is so friendly and they offer a great breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Added bonus with the little happy hour that is offered.

I love the overall ambiance of the hotel. The southwest decor makes me happy. It's clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It's our Redlands place to stay.
The staff is excellent, efficient and friendly. Makes you feel like you are at home. I stayed here two years ago when we opened the Finneys restaurant in the Redlands. I will definitely be back.
We have stayed at Ayers properties on numerous occasions. They are consistently nice and very clean. Staff is always friendly.
The rooms are very clean. The bed linens fresh and the bed is very comfortable. We have stayed here a couple times now when we head over to casino for a show. The breakfast is excellent! Friendly staff!

Friendly staff, good amenities, a concierge would have been great, not being from the area, they could make suggestions. Also we weren’t informed about the remodeling of a lot of the rooms. But the biggest problem was the noise from the road and freeway.
I highly recommend this hotel. My newly renovated room was beautiful and spotless. Chef Pedro greeted me every morning with a big smile and a delicious breakfast. Happy Hour complimentary wine while sitting in the patio was so relaxing. Arianna at reception checked me in and also out and was very friendly and accommodating. A terrific experience all around. I’ll be back!
