Welcomed warmly by front desk. Room was clean and cool. Staff got me an ambulance when I needed it. Left a day early due to illness.
A wonderful hotel.
I had to call maintenance for three things that were problems in my room after I checked in: my TV would not turn on (it apparently wasn’t wired correctly); my room telephone wouldn’t work (it had no cable ) and the cold water faucet handle was broken off. After three visits in the course of two hours, the maintenance men got it all repaired. The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the convention I was attending was not good. My experience was not good.
Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby had a nice restaurant, bar and really nice open air, covered gathering area. I’d stay here again.

I called the number at the hotel and somehow unknowingly got a third party so I was unable to get the government rate. I had to pay for 9 rooms at the going rate. Also, the hotel was dirty and not maintained and disrepair. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
The hotel was clean enough and the staff friendly enough and fairly responsive, but it was hard to believe that there was stinky trash piled up in the hallway across from our room. The buffet breakfast was quite nice and the servers and omelet chef were exceptional.
