The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel is centrally located, just a 4-minute walk from the National Aquarium in Baltimore and 5 minutes from the Baltimore Convention Center.
The front desk clerk was very courteous and professional. The maintenance man who resolved a bathroom issue was extremely pleasant and represented the hotel well. He has only been on staff for a week. He went above and beyond in attending to the problem and making sure my wife and I were were satisfied.
Hotel clean, room clean, staff nice and helpful, let me check in early, paid parking, apparently city owned garage but what difference does it make who owns if you’re paying any, public lot across the street but they charge as well, walking distance to a lot of restaurants,.
Hotel clean, all staff pleasant and approachable. Will be staying here again in the future!

Best part of our stay was Derrick, never had someone make us feel so welcome to a hotel. We felt like he was welcoming us into his own home. He went above and beyond to help. He always has a smile on his face and was there all day with that smile.
everyone was very helpful and went the extra mile to be sure our vacation was a wonderful experience.
The staff at the Renaissance Hotel were very professional and helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite once they found out I had just proposed to my fiancee. They also brought up complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to congratulate our engagement. What a nice surprise! The room was clean and we had a full view of the harbor. I would definitely stay there again 👍🏼 Thank you to all the Renaissance Staff for making my fiancee and our stay memorable.
