Our organization's four day convention based at the Marriott Downtown Long Beach property was scheduled for moths in advance, but as things often happen, I elected to commute to the convention events, except for the Gala on Saturday night. My wife and I checked into the property on Saturday afternoon and found a harbor view room that was well appointed and ready for our every need. We enjoyed the convention to the top of the scale, but the room matched our enthusiasm. Thanks primarily to the great and awesome housekeeping department that eliminated our need to converse about anything. All of our stay's enjoyment was due to the hard work and professionalism of your great and worthy staff. Whenever we travel, which is not that often, but when we do, we will raise Marriott Bonvoy to the top of the list based upon your perceived commitment to world class service and world class personnel on all levels.
The staff is the best! Love the new hotel, haven’t seen it like this since Nusrat left 10 years ago. The place is immaculate. Rooms are spotless. Just a great hotel!
