Truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful resort. Helen at the front desk made our time even better! She was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Her personality was so warm. She was such a pleasure to work with. I wish everyone I came in contact with had her wonderful personality. She is a true gem! Thanks Helen for making our stay even more enjoyable!
We had an amazing stay! The room aesthetic was gorgeous and the hotel’s location put us just steps away from some of the best bars we’ve ever visited. We also loved the jazz band in the lounge — we danced, sang and genuinely had a blast with the live music. But the real reason this review is a five out of five is because of Darlene. What an incredible soul. We arrived close to three a.m. and she welcomed us with the warmest, most genuine energy. After a long night out and a last minute booking, her kindness and vibe were exactly what we needed. I made the mistake of trying to book through a third party, but honestly, I should have just booked through Darlene directly — she reminded us that sometimes you meet the right people at the right moment for a reason. Darlene, you are fantastic and we’re so grateful our paths crossed!
