The hotel was in a great location for plenty of food options and shopping. The outside as well as the inside of the hotel was always clean. This hotel was quiet and staff was extremely helpful. I will most definitely stay here. The room was clean and as pictured.
When I asked there were No clean towels for morning bath Had to ask for toilet paper No service rep always at the front desk Continuing key demagnification Under repair on my floor and no acknowledgment Just basically unprepared.
