"Less than expected. Rude clerk checking in."

When I checked in the clerk said he only had one room for us. We had three. After a long journey to get there you can imagine my nervousness. When he found the other two, no apology. He would not allow me to ask any questions until he was ready. When I told him how many people we had it was more than what he had on his records. He scolded me and said we should’ve given the correct number. We had. That mistake was on your end not ours. The entry was dirty. There was a lightbulb that hung down outside of the shade. No curtains upstairs in the loft so the people couldn’t sleep. Kitchen was not very nice. However everyone enjoyed their stay and the hot tub.
