Clean room, prompt service when requested, near a restaurant but their own grill was excellent! Truly rated high, as Hiltons usually do!
Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff welcoming and accommodating. Particularly enjoyed talking with Marissa. She was attentive and efficient with very pleasant personality. This was my second stay. Plan to return whenever visiting Roanoke. View is beautiful also!

Clean hotel and all employees were very friendly.
No major complaints or problems. The service was excellent and the employees were pleasant and helpful.
Gentleman at the front desk was not only professional but very pleasant.
Customer service was excellent. Great place!
Our room was horrible. Clean but fan in bathroom was broken, no USB ports for charging phones. Room looked very old and stained chair in bedroom. We were charged $270. O0 due to the reservation desk phone rolling to Expedia without our knowledge. They gave us camp breakfast and were very nice but we feel should have a partial refund. We are initially from Roanoke and had to return for a family funeral.
