Hotel experience was excellent for me and my dog. However, I ended up paying about $100 more by reserving through a deceptive third party site. When I asked if I had reached the front desk and not a third party site, I was lied too and told the higher price was due to availability pricing and that I had reached the hotel front desk. I learned I had not. Remember, direct reservations through hotels are always cheaper and that requested reservation modifications through the hotels are always easier!
The bathroom could have been cleaner lots of dark hair on the floor !when we turned the heat on the was a foul odor thankfully we didn’t need it on for long I will say every employee was very nice and your hotel was very quiet.
The staff were all friendly and responsive. The dog friendly room didn’t have carpeting, which was nice. Adequate, basic, good service.

Sergio is a valuable asset to this hotel! The room was spotless and although this hotel is dog friendly, the room did not smell at all. The breakfast is basically grab and go. Kids were enjoying themselves in the pool and it was warm. The whirlpool was relaxing. This is a small, well run, CLEAN hotel and is NON SMOKING which I loved. Close to the Tanger Outlets, a straight shot down to the beach, a few minutes from Cape Henlopen and the ferry. I would stay here again. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower and a hair dryer. Great place and value for the price! Sergio will help you make it a comfortable stay.
Definitely will not be going back. Tvs broken. Toilets broken heater sounded like a rocket ship.
Staff was accommodating with extra reservation. Room clean and smells nice.
