From the moment we entered the Inn the women working the front desk were friendly and eager to help us. As my husband was having surgery they assigned us a room close to the elevator, made arrangements with taxi services, told us nearby eateries and helped get ice for our room. This Inn is in a convenient location and serves a nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again and again.
I would have appreciated better instructions on how to operate the cooling system in my room. Thanks for providing a fan that made it more tolerable. The staff was very helpful and I especially appreciated the valet parking.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean and the service was great. It was a pleasant stay.

Our second stay and were quite pleased. Clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was good. Chosen for proximity to Union Station (12 blocks) and reachable by the free downtown bus. Good deal.
