I stayed at the Miramar maybe 8 years ago. Consistent room and service. I would stay there again.
The king bed seemed new and was very comfortable with a generous number of pillows. The bath had a safety bar and was a good shower. Comfortable couch and a round table with chairs was available. Coffee could be made in the room and a decent minimal breakfast. Just right!
