I got a room for a friend who was in town for a special event. Everything was perfect and made her very comfortable during her stay. It was a safe place in a great location.
This is a very nice hotel with an extraordinarily kind staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping and breakfast staff we received such helpful treatment. We are from out of the area and were in Boise with our dog in an emergency veterinary hospital and everyone there went out of their way to be kind and helpful and the breakfast was surprising good which is not always the case!
The hotel was nice but seemed a little pricey. $460 for two nights in a king “suite” and no complimentary breakfast seems very expensive for what it was. The staff was plenty nice and it wasn’t bad, just seemed more expensive than it should have been.
