Turquoise Inn & Suites offers a variety of amenities including a pool, spa, free WiFi, and a complimentary full breakfast.
Check in was a wait and then the room was not ready when promised. The indoor pool was out of order. The water was cool to warm and not warm enough to fill the in room jacuzzi tub. Paid extra for the room for that reason. We couldn’t use it. The bathroom fan was so loud as well as the rooms around us at four in the morning. The cable vision went out on both televisions for a period of time. Front desk wouldn’t answer so I walked there and was told that they would let maintenance know. Went back the room and waited and then called the front desk again. This time asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not one site and she was not available due to taking care of another issue. I will not recommend this place to anyone for the price I paid. I learned my lesson. Wasted money. Be careful what you wish for with this place.
The grounds were dirty the halls were dirty. But the rooms nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly.
