The cool thing about Vittoria Hotel & Suites is its convenient location in the entertainment district of Niagara Falls, just a short walk from Clifton Hill and the Niagara SkyWheel.
This is our second time staying at Vittoria. We will certainly come back. We appreciate the kind and professional staff at reception. Shout out to Nicholas who was our server at breakfast for his service.
Spacious rooms with a great view of Clifton Hill. Extremely walkable location.

This hotel was friendly, clean, comfortable and very close to everything we needed to do. The staff made it better than most hotels. 10/10 recommend.

The location of the Vitoria is excellent. Easy to get to. Good parking. We had a riverfront room and we could watch the fireworks from our room. Front desk staff very friendly. Ladies in the restaurant very helpful when I asked for take out tea and coffee. Room and hallways very clean. Within short walking distance of many attractions. Highly recommend.
My daughter and her friend stated here for her 40th birthday. I (mom),booked the room.I was told a price, when I called to book. It seemed reasonable and she told me the price included all taxes and fees and also included free parking. What she didn't tell me was that the price she quoted was in U.S. funds.I called to book the room from Canada and the hotel is in Canada. Why was the price in U.S. funds? Also, when they were checking in, they were told the parking was $30. They declined the parking and parking next door for $15. The room was ok. But, the pool was a dirty. I ended up paying $70 more than the price I was quoted, so I wasn't happy with the price. I doubt we'll use this hotel again. We have used it a few times in the past, but I think this was the last.
It was our first time at this hotel! The teal accent colors are quite calming. William at the front desk was professional and suggested the 10th floor with an amazing view of the American Falls which was a bonus! Generally, the hotel was quite clean and although it is close to Clifton Hill and all the activities, the noise levels were very faint when in the room. The breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable and perfectly priced. (There is a buffet option or à la carte.) Additionally, the servers were friendly. We will certainly return and will recommend to our friends and family!
